- Guava leaves – You simply chew up one or two fresh guava leaves for several minutes then spit them out.
- Garlic – This is definitely not any good for your breath but what is a good breath if your teeth are in pain. Combine one crushed garlic clove with a few drops of water and a half-teaspoon of sea salt and apply it on the affected tooth. Let it sit for a few minutes and rinse with warm salt water. Repeat the procedure twice every day and watch the results.
